On one of our visits to Arizona to visit our friends, we were shown some new homes just being built by a builder by the name of Joe Nicolia. We were so impressed by the quality of work and style of one of the houses under construction that we made an offer right away. My brother and his 3 sons all work in the construction field in California so before moving into our new home, we had a walk-thru and brought along one of my nephews, who is an inspector for a large home builder in California. He was very impressed with the workmanship of our new home and struggled to find any problems. Joe is very conscientious about the homes that he builds. Our friends Warren and Brenda bought a Joe Nicolia home in 2004. During the construction of our friends' home we got to know Joe and how he does business. At completion of construction our friends had the house inspected by their nephew Rick, who works in the building trade in California. We accompanied Rick on the walk-through an all we heard from Rick was praise for the high quality construction and the many details that you would not normally see in a track home, or even custom homes. We were so impressed with the quality of construction and the high level of customer service provided by the Nicolias that my wife and I also bought a house from them in 2005. My wife Beverly and I bought a house from Joe Nicolia in August of 2004. He stopped by the day we moved in to see how everything was going and actually helped me with some of the larger furniture. We have been very happy with our purchase; the quality of construction is obvious. The few MINOR problems we've experienced have been handled immediately- one phone call is all it takes- and Joe is out to inspect and set up an appointment to take care of it at our convenience, not his. Joe obviously takes a lot of pride in his product and customer service both before and after the sale, a refreshing change in this day and age. You can take Joe at his word and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We are very happy with our room addition built by Bellator Homes. It was refreshing and reassuring to work with such an ethical and honest contractor. Joe, Jessie and Dave worked very hard on our project and did top quality work. They patiently explained the work they were doing and we really noticed their attention to detail. I appreciated the good customer service from Bellator Homes which included checking in before starting work each day and calling in if there were any changes in the schedule. We had our home built in 1984. We love it!! We were involved in every aspect of building... well, we were on site everyday. The Nicolias always made us feel welcome and answered our questions in regards to what are why they were doing things a certain way. There were willing to make changes, if possible, if we wanted something done differently or something added. Over the years we have had some additions and remodeling done, and we have always had either Jack or Joe do the work. They have always been dependable, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have had two houses built by Joe Nicolia are were so pleased with the results, we hired him for a third time to build our 1800 square foot addition. The addition blends so well with the existing home, that it appears to have been originally built that way. Joe listened to our concerns and wishes, and was able to keep the style of the addition in line with the style of the existing home.
