On one of our visits to Arizona to visit our friends, we were shown some new homes just being built by a builder by the name of Joe Nicolia. We were so impressed by the quality of work and style of one of the houses under construction that we made an offer right away. My brother and his 3 sons all work in the construction field in California so before moving into our new home, we had a walk-thru and brought along one of my nephews, who is an inspector for a large home builder in California. He was very impressed with the workmanship of our new home and struggled to find any problems. Joe is very conscientious about the homes that he builds. He stands behind his work and is always willing to fix a problem should it occur. That is why we highly recommend Bellator Homes.

We are very happy with our room addition built by Bellator Homes.
It was refreshing and reassuring to work with such an ethical and honest contractor. Joe, Jessie and Dave worked very hard on our project and did top quality work. They patiently explained the work they were doing and we really noticed their attention to detail. They are trustworthy and reliable and did a thorough job.
